In theory, VEN will need to come clean on what is happening at Vali during this Capital raise. That is the whole purpose of the "Cleansing Notice" after the Placement, i.e. There is nothing we haven't disclosed.
It will be interesting to see how the report on all this.
I do note that the two debt facilities are different, as the VEN one is fully drawn with cash buffers, and the MEL debt has no such conditionality.
We will see.
