The last CR was done as well as could be expected for retail investors .
Made the offer to the current holders with a small discount only to the then current price .
Underwrote the offer so they guaranteed getting the money they needed and so protected the share holders from the likely SP crash that would have occurred if they had not been able to raise that money .

When the unexpected dump of 20% of their shares were occurred during the raise they brought in an Angel investor and Management and directors brought shares themselves .

I thought they handled it very well .
Much more retail investor friendly than most capital raises I have seen.
