Agreed, I would think that there should not be reason for the company not to relist.
Management have had ample time to resolve the asx Audit situation, If the company is to remain in suspension, the BOD and management have failed in there duty of care to shareholders, and as such should not reward themselves for bad management, As such I would urge all shareholder to vote down all remuneration agenda items at the AGM.
