The first order is for 40 million .
Only 40k to buy but 1.2 million to convert them .
So who would have a large parcel of options that they most definitely would not convert and would very much like to sell them at more than 0.1 cent ?
Unless the SP gets significantly above 4 cents the MELOA will become a case of pass the parcel as they get near their expiry date .
