I am on Westpac and no indication of any MELOA is my account yet either .
However they appear to be listed as there are buy bids at 0.1 cent .
I put in a small bid at 0.1 cents and my Westpac Account accepted it .
For some reason all small cap explorers and E & P companies share prices are in reverse in spite of the energy prices being very strong .
Gas in particular being acknowledged as needed as part of the transition .
Established producers making a lot of money .
