I'm still in. Disappointed in how everything has played out, but the assets haven't changed.
The Glennon royalty only applies once the loan has been repaid.
Im sure it's in a few posts somewhere, but my expectation was always 3-4mmscfd. At $14/gj, 20% impurities and 60 days of uptime that will net Metgasco $1.1m before production costs per quarter. Add in the Vali cashflow and it is significantly positive for a good period.
They still have the issue of liquidity to pursue future development, but I see this result as being a key to refinancing.
