@cara - agreed that it is price dependent, but most deals I've seen of producing assets see quick payback periods...purchaser always needs some meat in the deal. Three producing wells would see significant cashflow/divi potential. I'd assess it on its merits, but preference is for a cash cow given the lack of other current prospects o nthe books.
