...placement holders could already have been holders tho....and selling a few originals ..swapping...? ..there’s nearly always some selling at around cost in Placements because to be involved you have to buy perhaps more shares than one can afford or wants to hold...so they take part to get the advantage and sell the excess out of existing shares or when the Placed ones become tradeable..... ..mightnt be the case here because it was so small....
