The options will have a value so the break even price is less than 2.5 C for sellers who have bought the placement shares.
If they sold the shares for example at 2.3 cents they would need a price of 0.6 cent per option to break even.
The success of the shareholder CR depends a lot on the Vali flowtest results.
Oversubscription if they are good I expect.
Might struggle if they disappoint .
Hope they get the result before the decision has to be made.
