    Approval, and timing, is entirely up to Stryker. Acquisitive as they are, Stryker want Curvebeam and in time, I believe, will get it.

    $37M MC? This is a big deal. No exaggeration to say integration with Mako will be company-making. Perhaps not in the way the market currently gives credit for.

    Worth the wait.

    IMO.

    Stryker has completed 54 acquisitions with an average acquisition amount of US$817M. One of its most active years was 2024, with 6 acquisitions. It has averaged nearly 3 acquisitions annually over the past three years, including 1 in 2025 so far. These acquisitions are over 9 countries with most of them being in the Canada and United States. Most of Stryker's acquisitions are in Orthopedics (21) and Healthcare IT (6).
