Considering AR, in his announcement, said that a 4 week construction program will occur from mid March that puts production, all things being equal, starting mid April. The problem with the Market at the moment is that there is so much volatility that traders could make large profits in that 8 week period. When the first truck rolls out the gate in APril I would expect VMS to go off faster than a virgin in a brothel.
