SP tells you the truth? Are you serious?
SP (on any given day or week) tells you sweet FA.
It could be DTs, bot-driven accumulation, weak hands shi*^ing the bed about the IO price etc.
None of those things tell you anything about the fundamentals of the company going forward.
Name another junior that has has cash coming in over the short/medium term to fund a massive tin project + a bunch of other tenements...all debt free...and is less than 10c per share.
If you can...get on it.
