I'm waiting for a simple tram/train line from Melbourne City to Tullamarine airport since 1958 ... first "proposal" and if it was done than it would cost us a fraction of today's horrendous cost growing daily...
as our fathers and grandfathers were as effective as Chinese are now (and they built the vast network of high speed railway system in the last 7 years...)
