Financing and offtake will get the share price flying, the reason being someone forking out 60-70mil will want some guarantees they will get their money back with interest. That means a mine is a must, offtake aswell is positive.
Finding a resource will get small increases in comparison as mineral in the ground is worth less than mineral extracted. People are not convinced we will take the next step.
