Check the historical photos, it was the main reason the bbf parasites lost their court cases. There are historical photos proving my statement, might want to do some research, when a greenie organization is against hydro, solar, wind etc they are only then left with parasite designation. I've seen some of the photos from the early 1900s and it's a totally different look to now. Maybe areas near the top were not touched, vms won't be touching those areas anyway.
