Seems like a mere formality for this to happen as all the ducks appear to be lining up. One thing I'd wish they do to alleviate the current shakiness of the share price is announce the initial terms of funding the project to get it off the ground. As I've said before, an advance by PROSPERITY STEEL UNITED SINGAPORE would be probably IMO the best solution.
