Gone in 6 and a half months in the job. I cant see any explanations so unless this was for personal reasons not a good look. Also the connection to HH doesn’t give much confidence.
So is MA resigning from the board or just as Chairman? If VMS is going to replace him, not sure we need another director, as the last thing VMS needs is another snout in the trough
