Penny explorers in general pump their stocks prior a capital raise but why would acuity capital buy shares at 13.8c to see them drop to 1c? As for the company overstating their assets and not developing anything that is nothing new to penny stocks.However, in the past they did get an iron ore plant off the ground but at the time the price.of iron ore started to fall and the quality they had was heavily discounted. They are still on standby to reopen. Look at other stocks that went from 5c to over $1 on promise of an iron ore processing plant and did absolutely nothing in the end zero, zilch.They have $1million now to drill. Looking forward to news next 3 to 6 months.
