His feasibility studies and costings have been grossly miscalculated.
Unless of course there is the possibility that he has lied to the market providing false figures to stimulate shareholders into handing over money in the event of capital raisings, so the board members can pay themselves a handsome salary.
Humm this is crime and misconduct for which one goes to jail.
