    I think where management really let shareholders down was in the lack of communication. It's their responsibility for full disclosure of circumstances that affect the company.

    There was no acknowledgement that road access was being denied for 10 months. Back in October AR was declaring the mine will start in weeks then it was followed by silence until recently. Now this has only come to light through Poseidon stating it in HC.

    I think AR spent far too much time on Blackstone as a technical director than on his job as CEO of VMS and this clearly shows in the relative sp's. A CEO. of one company shouldn't need to be working for another company. He let VMS drift while Blackstone went from strength to strength. Considering VMS was paying him 4x the wage it is a little baffling and contemptuous to shareholders.

    Let's hope he is now fully engaged in this company and getting it into a profitable situation
