December quarterly report to 31.12.2022 issued on 27.1.23 states in section page 36 item 8 only 1.48 quarters funds remaining. Item 8.8.2 claimed a suscription agreement had been entered into with Acuity Capital for $10000000 (10 million) these funding will serverly dilute any existing shareholders.
