re: Ann: Venture to Raise $8 million to Advan... It is a lot of dilution , from 100 to 140 million, but not a large total after the rasing is finished. If this is enough money to last say till end of next year , it would be ok.
Will wait out the prospectus, to get some idea of how they are going to use the money.
For me a buying opportunity if the price eases after the raising.
