good points VMP, you would think if DJC who were also directors of SPX at the time when they were first approached by VMC about Penny West, if they had any prior or current interest in acquiring the asset the second VMC mentioned the words Penny West they should have shut down the conversation immediately & said conflict of interest, instead they have signed the CA, had few meetings, gained knowledge then acquired it, time will tell we can only work on assumptions & hope VMC have a solid case against them, which you would think they do to take it this far.
