Always appreciate comments from both holders and non holders. I have read many well written posts of non holders, but they always had sentiment none or hold. Often non holders sell posts are just because the poster is committed to another stock.

And of course as a holder I am wearing pink glasses, but in current situation and in sight of the huge difference in Market cap Vmc would be the buy for me compared to Spx.

If Vmc loses they probably have to pay a lot of fees, but still have a lot of other ground in the penny area plus various other projects.

If Spx loses, well the complete rise in share price from 0.4 cents to 12 cents was from Penny expectations alone. Now the project that made the company re-rate is under discussion 8 cents does seems quite expensive. All imho of course.
