any contract lawyers out there willing to give musings ( not advice)
ie what if in the vmc meeting on all this there was a confidentiality agreement passed around those attending and signed
then... some senior staff attended later to hear the propositions discussions?
are they too bound by that despite being unaware of the preceding CA ?
