agree vmp, venus could end up with a sizeable parcel of spx if vmc can prove their case, would be of best interest to spx to settle this quick, vmc not the type of board to waste their time if they didn’t think they had a strong case, surprised this hasn’t surged over 20s
now spx in a trading halt will come out with the usual we refute all claims, we will fight this to the end etc...
