So Vmc proposed to acquire penny west and spx c/- Adam and Eve I mean Bosio used Zebra to steal it. That’s how I understand it. Thoughts? Any lawyer here? It seems it’s a strong argument if there is no proof by zebra and spx to show zebra has been expressing interest in penny west owner to acquire it. And the fact that they signed confidentiality shows Adam and Eve I mean Bosio May have had no intimate information about the forbidden fruit prior to vmc’s disclosure. They just signed not to touch it but ended up eating it not thru a snake but this time they used a zebra. This could be an interesting litigation which could lead to settlements favourable to Vmc. Imo only.
