shows they're serious, interesting it states "Spectrum and its subsidiary, Zebra Minerals,were served at the registered office of those companies at 1.41pm on Thursday, 10 October 2019." yet SPX failed to update the market that in the last 6 days
biggest thing that surprises me is how the market is putting no premium on VMC yet, but has sold off SPX from .11 to .07, maybe a delay reaction coming should be easily .25+ just on speculation of the whole scenario
