Well CHN would be getting edgy, their $5.5 million investment ( 97 million shares) in SPX was only up 17% at one point. Wonder what they’ll do ? Guess their shareholders might have an opinion, their share price has also taking a hit.
Patina/ Plateau ( the vendor) has 150 million SPX shares released from escrow 21st December, by that time maybe they’re ( SPX/VMC) are in court and the shares have a caveat placed on them?
