All. want to know is who gave Venus the green light on the court action? I am almost certain it would have been a specialist QC. Surely Venus would not have started this without that level of legal advice? If they got that then IMO Venus likely gets PW. Will SPX end up in the dust bin of junior miners? If correct then SPX would appear to be high risk right now. This is my honest opinion, not investment advice. DYOR other views encouraged
