Existing shares 360m, CR 525m(my guess of 1.2c VWAP), acquisition 624m. Seems about right, 1.5b shares at 1.2c CR, EV $15m (as mentioned in Ann) and cash of $3m =$18m MC on relist.
Ouch for current holders, ~75% dilution right?
