Can't really fault the management as they seem to have done what they could to escape the resources crunch. A bit of bad luck as the surveying sector also seems to be coming under pressure. Profitability is lower in both business segments and clearly going to get worse in the resources side. I think there is more downside not yet realized before stabilizing. If they avoid getting into financial strife, they could be building a strong surveying business in 3-5 years
