Not sure where there is any sign of "continuing improvement" - Veris announced a first quarter profit of $2.6 million which means the second quarter was a loss of $3.4 million. The balance sheet shows total current liabilities as $36,345,000 and current assets as only $31,190,000, does this mean that Veris is insolvent?
