The Veris business is too weak to do anything meaningful at this point, hopefully the suspension of bank repayments and the relaxation of the rules around Directors trading whilst insolvent will buy some more time. The CEO has been there for over five months and we haven't seen any announcement on Strategy or indication of change. All we have seen is a half year loss. This was in spite of the first quarter 9.9% EBITDA and the Board's assurances at the November AGM that the operating results were inline with this.
