Does raise the question Corey. What is more important, business culture or actually having a viable business? Maybe if they were charging $140 - $160 per hour for a single surveyor they could afford to re-invest back into providing some of these company perks. However having a perk like this (even if justified as "marketing") for only a very select few of individuals who actually ride in the team is a bit of a wank.
