A nice pay day for VRS, but does that leave them just a loss making business they can’t seem to turnaround? It will be highly embarrassing if they can’t turn things around with no debt and limitless investment funding, and they won’t be able to hide it either. At least they will have a cash pile that will let them burn money for some time. I doubt they would have the guts to pay out most the surplus cash as a dividend.
Market cap $30.8m - undervalued with an almost free spatial business, or overvalued as cash will be used to repay debt, invest, and support further loss making activities?
