I agree with most posts here. The incumbent Board have been totally derelict in providing any argument for their re election. The investor presentation is poor and a rehash of the same old, failed, story. While I don't think Mangano and Co are the answer (Mangano's finger prints are all over the last few years poor performance) at least they have communicated some sort of strategy and plan for what they are going to do. The lack of any similar statements from the incumbant Board/Exec lead me to think they have been working the phones and are confident they have the numbers to survive this spill attempt. Good for then, but hardly upholding their oblkigations to act in the best interests of shareholders. Even if they do survive, I expect they will be smashed at the AGM.
