    I have been hearing you as well Precis. Its been a long wait. I cannot see profits are high enough and strong enough for them to restart the most modest of dividends on a permanent basis. This obviously weighs on the share price.

    I still fear the unofficial policy of the "Board Shareholders" is to set it up to go private at some stage and not pay anything to shareholders before that time.

    Being listed and all its costs and compliance must cost them $2-3m per annum wouldn't it? That far dwarfs their net profit and must make the going private goal attractive and then at some stage roll into one of the big engineering outfits.
