This is starting to look very cheap. Got $17m cash and $10m PPE.
Got three questions:
1) Why is the business so labour intensive? 500 employees across 15 offices is a joke. Company needs to look at closing down the most marginal offices.
2) Anyone know how margin compares on traditional surveying services vs. digital and spacial services. If they talk a big game about switching over to digital, then they need to start displaying this as two separate operating segments in the notes to the financials.
3) Who is Sherkane Pty Ltd? Sitting at 18% is no laughing matter. What are they trying to do here?
At the end of the day, this is a business, not a charity and it needs to start being run like one.
