Wow only $1000 per lot including the planning...not just the surveying. Stockland have a great deal if Veris deliver the stages on time and are around to deliver the whole lot.
Wow $1.5m of works over ten years. $150k on average per year in a company with current revenue of about $115m per annum. 0.13% of annual revenue, prepare to be inundated with announcements if this is considered material for continual disclosure. This contract will be a huge game changer.
I wonder what rise and fall clause they have, surely they have one...... now I would call that material if they don't.
When are their full year results due? I can't wait to see the improvements delivered from the victors of last years failed board spill.
