From the data on ASX no one has paid 9c or more since 14 Feb. There was a bit of volume on the 19th at sub 8c.  Your second sentence infers someone has inside knowledge of the results and the buying of shares.  You should report that to ASIC.

The problem with Veris dumping capacity on the market to buy market share is they have trained their clients, who aren't very loyal in construction and infrastructure industries, to accept the low price service.  The moment Veris start to lift their pricing they will loose market share.  That's construction and civil infrastructure 101.  

It will be interesting to see what they say about margin improvements in the half yearly guidance.

In addition the supply of inputs, being survey labour, is not unlimited and not easily expanded. The cost of labour is slow and difficult to reduce in professional services let alone high risk surveying.

Will be interesting times from Veris and the surveying industry generally where this goes over the next 3 years.
