    What is shows is in three months vrs hasn't won any reasonable contracts, especially if they rehash old announcements. All it has done is make people sell,  the 1/2 year must be horrible,  no doubt it will be released on the final day. New management team is needed,  that can steer the ship properly through the downturn in work coming up
