NH, in my experience SDK's are built on top of platforms. The SDK applies (in the simplest-possible way) the settings and parameters that control the subject of the application on the platform. That is, CSP is implied whenever an SDK license is "deployed and sub-licensed". Verizon is on-selling the SDK's to its clients, based on a CSP license that is implied on its IT fabric.

Open to correction here, but also a good point to clarify next week.
