I can only reiterate, with uncertainty on so many fronts in the world and reflected in the markets, it is my opinion people are waiting for an out, and await rises to do so. As mentioned, so many others have had their hand out and I/we can only support so much. The dynamics of the market have changed from, buy shares and watch them grow to a daily game of in and out and hope the bot don't infect the play. I suspect VIL will only do well from this if they can provide appropriate re-rating material before the end date for subscribing, and I will be leaving my decision to the 11th hour at that.
