re: Ann: Verus secures AUD$10 million equity ... The way I see this is they now have an "option" to tap into funding albeit one that could dilute the holding in the short term. The thing I like (and is different to some of the coy's I have held that have entered a contract with these type of funders) is that its not for working capital (hopefully) therefore they can draw down at their discretion rather than just to survive.

If they use the facility for acquisitions one would assume this would be for value accretive bolt on's and therefore all good for shareholders.

It also speeds this whole thing up for us and they can get on with FP2.
