Once (if) they confirm the flow rates then we will see the floodgates open. We know the Hydrogen and Helium are there and in quantity and concentration but the whole thing is contingent on getting commercial flow rates out of the resource. The "in between the lines" statements from GHY are giving the impression that with the high level of "fracturing" in the reservoir it is going to make it highly likely that the flow rates will be good.
