I felt that Andy was deliberately trying to put off the JORC until he had drilled the living shizer out of the tenement. Perhaps so they were not taken out by a low-ball offer. It might be pretty tough to justify a takeover without a measured resource. At one of the Mining conferences, he said "we won't be in a position to report a JORC resource for a year" meaning after he had completed the drilling program.
