This is very interesting stuff, a little digging and it starts to look very dodgy:
Basically you David Evans who is on the board of directors of both companies (GMN and Mars Mines) and your saying has ownership in Mars Mines, along with Shalom Feldman.
Then you got David Evans getting paid his directorship from GMN, and is telling the board of GMN to buy assets from his own private company. Basically a way to get shareholders money out of GMN accounts into the private account of him and Shaloms Feldmans account.
Talk about a HUGE conflict of interest.
Essentially they could buy tenements for a few thousand dollars through Mars Mines, then sell to GMN for millions. They wouldnt do this would they?
