It blows my mind that so many people don't consider the fact that other people are prepared to go a lot further than them in performing due diligence.

I can tell you unequivocally that the share structure of Mars Mines Ltd at the time it applied for registration with ASIC as an Australian company on 13 October 2021 was as follows:

Sholom Feldman = 25,000,000 (47.62%) @ $1.00 paid per share ($25,000,000)

David Evans = 25,000,000 (47.62%) @ $1.00 paid per share ($25,000,000)

Brian Varndell = 2,500,000 (4.76%) @ $1.00 paid per share ($2,500,000)

SOI: 52,500,000
Amount paid: $52,500,000

On 23 December 2021, a further 53,500,000 shares were issued for a consideration of $0.0001 per share, raising the princely sum of $5,350.

Pretty sure they weren't issued to another 997 investors at $5.37 total investment each, or even another 9 investors at $595 each.
