How exactly do you work out a 30% discount? It was halted at $0.79 and they raised at $0.75... it gapped up post trading halt because it was significantly oversubscribed.
With 6.8% helium + massive hydrogen you should be buying everything you can get your hands on IMO, the masses are clearly either sleeping or unaware of the value here.
